Why has an employee been given a course? Why was the email sent? Avi answers from your own data and shows where the answer comes from.

Avi makes suggestions for courses, users and organisations. Nothing is saved until you have clicked the button.

Avi is off until an administrator turns it on.

Runs at Mistral in the EU. Your data is not used to train models.
Only sees what the user is allowed to see. A manager cannot get answers about other departments.
Conversations are not stored after you close the window.

Does the AI assistant cost extra?

Can Avi change anything without us knowing?

No. Avi only makes suggestions. It is always a person who clicks Save or Create.

Can we use Avi from our own AI tools?

Yes. Activate LMS can be connected to AI tools that support MCP, with the same permissions as in the LMS.
