Messages and reminders

Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups are sent automatically

The rules are set up once. You write your own messages directly from the course or the user list.

Write a message

Write your own message

Write to the participants on a course, to selected users or to a single employee. Use a template, or write freely.

  • Merge fields with name, course, date, venue and link.
  • Several languages in the same message. Each recipient gets their own version.
  • A calendar invitation, if you want one, for classroom courses.
  • Sent messages in one place, so you can see what has gone out.

Questions and answers

About messages

Can the manager be notified if an employee does not complete a course in time?

Yes. A rule can notify the manager when the deadline has passed, or a number of days after, if the course has still not been completed.

Which language does the employee receive the message in?

Their own, if the message exists in that language. Otherwise the site's default language.

Can we see what has been sent?

Yes. Messages you have written yourselves are under Sent messages, and the system log shows the emails sent by the rules.
